I’ve lived in Beirut, Dubai, Barcelona and Belgium, which allowed me to work with different cultures and mindsets. I have worked as a therapist with both teenagers and adults up to the age of 30. Online
Up until recently, “self-care”, “self-discovery” and “self-growth” were not essential in our world. If recent events taught us anything, it is that our mental health is as important as our physical health, and we need to take care of it to live a better, more peaceful and self-aware life.
I am a firm believer that psychology is there to guide you towards a better version of yourself, as you are the master of your own life, and you hold all the answers within.

- Psychology of communication; as communication is key in everyday life.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; because it helps you manage problems by changing the way you think and behave
- Relational needs and IFS; since they allow a deep dive into your needs and emotions, to learn how to embrace them when needed, and control them when needed.
My sessions take place online, as I believe there is no place like your own comfort zone to feel comfortable opening up. During our sessions, I am all ears to listen to you in a safe and non-judgemental space. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, grief, fears, relationship problems, or any issue you need guidance with, together we will find a long-term solution.
