Psychotherapist – Coach – Therapist – Hypnotherapist – Online – Daniel Fryer
Hello there. Do you need help with your stress (including life stress, work stress, chronic stress, and burnout)? Perhaps you are here because you want to manage your anxiety better than you currently do or, better still, nip it in the bud. Are you having difficulties adjusting to a change in circumstances? Or maybe you would like to address your self-esteem and confidence issues? If any of this sounds like you, and if you want to learn some effective coping strategies to help you manage these things more effectively, or if you’re simply feeling ‘stuck’ and don’t know what to do, I can help.
I have been in practice since 2004, using cognitive behaviour therapy and clinical hypnotherapy, together with elements of positive psychology. I offer a safe, calm and non-judgemental space in which you can explore your issues, deal with your life blocks and challenges and achieve your goals. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS and the Priory Hospital.
I’ve delivered workshops and webinars on many aspects of mental health and wellbeing, lectured on college courses, and am the author of How to Cope with Almost Anything with Hypnotherapy (Green Tea/Bloomsbury) and The Four Thoughts That F*ck You Up . . . and how to fix them(Vermillion/Penguin Random House).
I work one-to-one online in both a therapy and coaching capacity for as many sessions as you need. I also offer a bespoke single session therapy and/or coaching service for people who have a very specific problem in mind and who are highly motivated to change. A single session lasts between 90 minutes and two hours and includes elements of CBT, positive psychology and more, all reinforced with a hypnotherapy session within the same time frame if needed.
I have a master’s degree in rational-emotive and cognitive behavioural therapy and diplomas in both clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.
Please feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
