This is precisely where the work I offer begins.

As a life coach and hypnologist, I support adults and young adults who wish to regain greater inner stability, self-understanding and the ability to move forward with confidence in their daily lives. My approach is both structured, intuitive and deeply personalized. It adapts to the way you function in order to create meaningful, lasting and concrete change.

Each session is a space where you can slow down, express what is present, bring awareness to your patterns, and reconnect with your inner resources. Together, we work to transform what limits you into something that supports and strengthens you.

I use an integrative approach combining several complementary tools.

Ericksonian hypnosis helps you access your deeper resources, soothe what needs soothing, and gently transform unconscious patterns and automatisms.

Coaching helps you clarify your thoughts, structure your goals and move forward concretely in your decisions and actions.

The systemic approach allows you to better understand your relational dynamics, repetitive patterns and unconscious positioning, so you can realign yourself in a healthier and more coherent way.

Personality tools (including MBTI and others) provide a deeper understanding of how you function, helping you make choices that are more aligned with who you truly are.

Mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques progressively help you become more autonomous in your ability to calm yourself, recenter and reconnect with what truly matters.

This support may be particularly helpful if you wish to ease stress or anxiety, reduce mental overload, go through a breakup or grief process, improve a relationship, free yourself from an addiction or repetitive behavior, rebuild self-confidence, or understand why certain situations keep repeating in your life.

I also regularly support expatriates looking for emotional stability, clarity and a neutral space to reflect and reconnect with themselves. Sessions are available in both French and English.

Before dedicating myself to personal development and therapeutic support, I worked as a business owner for nearly fifteen years. This experience taught me how to quickly understand complex situations, structure transformation processes and guide change effectively. Today, I bring that same clarity and precision to supporting your inner evolution.

Any session not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be charged.
