With extensive experience across diverse settings, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges in German, English, and Spanish.

I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with disordered eating, including binge eating and out-of-control eating. I understand how isolating and overwhelming these behaviors can feel, and I’m here to guide you toward a healthier relationship with food and yourself. In addition to disordered eating, I also work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and various fears or phobias.

During our coaching sessions, we will begin by exploring the root causes of your struggles. Understanding these underlying factors is key to making our work together as effective as possible. This exploration is a collaborative process, where I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Once we have identified these root causes, I will equip you with the necessary tools and insights to overcome your challenges. My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices, ensuring that the strategies we develop are both practical and effective. My goal is to help you achieve quick and meaningful progress, with changes that are not just temporary, but lasting.

Couples therapy

When a couple’s situation is such that the two people can no longer put up with each other, or that communication becomes practically impossible or at the least is very difficult, then it is worth calling a counsellor to try and re-establish communication and review the problems.
